The Chateau

The Chateau is the dominant feature of the entire Stirin complex and offers exceptionally pleasant accommodation in historic yet modern rooms and suites furnished with not only period fixtures and furniture, but also period bathrooms and contemporary technology. The entrance to the chateau is via the French gardens through the north and south courtyards. The hotel reception and the lobby bar are located right at the entrance. Accommodation in the chateau provides a unique atmosphere in quiet, peaceful surroundings. The conference halls and lounges on the first floor of the south wing are readily available to those accommodated in the château.

Salm House

During the prosperous times of the estate, the west wing of the farm was utilized intensively for farming activities and thus it was divided – as can be seen from the ground plan – into three buildings. The architect very understandingly integrated these buildings into accommodation capacity under one roof. In the same manner as in the Jockey House, he incorporated dormer windows in the upper rooms in order to allow light into them. The hall leading through the house has preserved carpentry elements and roof beams; wood and wooden elements can also be found in the rooms, in which there is rustic period furniture. The rooms are handicapped-accessible via a lift from the Atis House restaurant.

Jockey House

The Jockey House rose like the mythical phoenix - in this case from the ruins of a farm building that had been neglected for decades, the east wing of the former estate. Almost all of the ground floor was a stable and the south side was storeyed servants’ quarters. The architect utilized both parts of the building in order to increase the accommodation and conference capacity of the Stirin complex. He designed arched dormer windows in the rustic style, virtually without disturbing the appearance of the building, behind which can be found dainty rooms that are comfortably furnished. The accentuation of the former wooden beams and natural wood couplings calms and warms the entire interior. This building is also handicapped-accessible and has a lift. Reconstruction of the Jockey House was completed in September 2007.

Arminia House

Accommodation in the Arminia House is also a wonderful experience. It is an older building dating from the second half of the 18th century, built based on period farm buildings. Reconstruction of the building, which had been neglected for many years commenced in June 2005. The reconstruction was completed in May 2006. The majority of the former rustic construction elements were utilized during reconstruction. Wood beams, stone and terracotta elements were accentuated. Pleasant and spacious rooms were built from the former farm and housing areas. The rooms are handicapped-accessible thanks to a lift. The rooms and suites are furnished with period furniture and bathrooms with modern furnishings. One of the ground floor suites even has its own outdoor atrium with a separate entrance.
